The new skills can be divided into 2 separate categories:
- Image creation: Scanned or captured. This step includes the simple use of Adobe Photoshop 7.0. The digital images must have full tonal range (histogram), perfect color, and film sharpness. The tools in Adobe Photoshop allow you to correct images to become exactly as your audience sees the subject matter in both clinical and true life situations. Here, image quality is everything!
- Presentation creation: Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint XP slideshow creation. This includes importing the corrected images from step 1. Your presentation is controlled using "custom animation". You can add digital video, MP3 music, digital radiographs, or any digital object necessary to make your point both inspiring and with emotion.
Film quality digital photography clearly presented with Microsoft PowerPoint is the whole premise. A potential patient actually seeing a presentation completely about them, their present condition, and accurate cosmetic imaging of their potential cosmetic result is the communication necessary for case acceptance.
