We recommend registering soon. Due to our small class size and exceptional faculty, IDEA courses fill up fast. Many courses are sold out several months in advance.
To reserve your course seat, you will need to pay a $750 deposit.

A registration is considered complete when the deposit payment is received by IDEA either by check, bank transfer or through our accepted credit cards, which are MasterCard or Visa.

To reserve your course seat, a $750 deposit is required upon registration.
Payment Schedule
Six months prior to the course, a second payment of $3,900 is required.
The payment of the remaining balance is due four months prior to the beginning of the course.
When you sign up with a credit card, your second and final payments will automatically be billed to your credit card provided upon registration. Please notify us if you would like to provide another credit card for the remaining of the payments.
A payment is considered complete when the payment is received by IDEA either by check, money transfer or in the form of a credit card payment (MasterCard or Visa).

The IDEA experience will forever change the way you practice.
You can transfer your course seat to another course up to six months prior to your course without incurring any fees.
Between four and six months prior to the course, the seat can be transferred to another course with the payment of an administrative fee of $250. 120 days prior to the course only name transfers are possible.
All course transfers are subject to space availability. The price of the newly selected course will be applied. A course transfer is possible only one time.

IDEA understands that there are unexpected events in life. Should you have to reschedule your course with a short notice, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can offer the opportunity to another participant.

If IDEA is able to fill your course seat from a waiting list, you can transfer your seat to another course with the payment of an administrative fee of $250. However,120 days prior to the course the course seat cannot be cancelled.
Name transfers are possible at any time. The amount paid towards the course will be transferred to the new participant, and any balance due will be the responsibility of the new participant. Name transfers within 120 days prior to the course will incur a $250 administrative fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Six months prior to the course, the course seat can be either transferred to another course for free or it can be cancelled. If the course seat is cancelled, the original deposit of $750 will be forfeited.
Between four and six months prior to the course, the seat can be transferred to another course with the payment of an administrative fee of $250. Cancellation is not possible. 120 days prior to the course only name transfers are possible. A name transfer can be made at any time prior to the course upon written request from both parties. If IDEA is able to fill the course from a waiting list, the participant can transfer to another course with the payment of an administrative fee of $250.
All cancellations and changes requested must be sent in writing and must be confirmed by IDEA in writing.

All courses are taught in English. Individual translation would be disruptive to the other participants. However, if you want to come as a group, we can arrange an individual course in the language of your choice.
IDEA cares.
Standard accommodations included in the course package are at the Hotel Pullman San Francisco Bay located in Redwood Shores. The accommodation begins on the night prior to your course start date, and ends with check out on the day after your course ends.

If you wish to extend your stay before or after your IDEA course, we can assist you to get our special rate at the IDEA partner hotel.
IDEA is a playground for Dentistry.
If you do not wish to stay at the IDEA partner Hotel, please check the “No Hotel” option during registration.
Please be aware that by choosing the “No Hotel” option, transportation to and from the San Francisco Airport to the hotel and to and from your hotel to IDEA will NOT be included with your package price, and you will need to provide your own transportation.
You are welcome to bring a guest at no additional charge to stay with you at the hotel. Any additional guests (children, etc.) in the hotel room may result in an additional charge. Please call IDEA for details.

Please plan to arrive on the evening prior to the course start day.
We will start the course day with our Chef serving breakfast at 7:45 am at IDEA.
Plan to depart no earlier than 9:00 pm on the last day of the course. We will end the course with a celebration, which includes hors d’ouevres, wine, dinner, photos with the instructor, and the presentation of course certificates.
